Jane Barrett has experience in both corporate in-house recruitment and retained search consultancy.
Her most recent corporate position was as a recruitment manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was responsible for recruiting for the management consultancy division specialising in CRM. She recruited MBAs and was responsible for the whole recruitment process up to Partner level. Prior to this she was a director at Norman Broadbent, an executive search and selection consultancy where she oversaw the successful recruitment of senior level executives for numerous blue-chip clients, including Perot Systems, Barclays Bank, Mars, Whitbread and Dell.
Jane initially qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Chesterton Plc before moving into a career in recruitment. In 1999 she retrained as a career counsellor and founded Workmaze Ltd.
Jane is involved in private practice work - helping individuals wanting to change career or move jobs -and also works with current students and alumni from many of the world’s leading business schools to assist them in developing their career. She is MBTI qualified, a certified Five O’Clock Club coach and qualified with CCS in London.
